HOW DO I "BOOK HAVEN" FOR MY BRIDAL FLOWERS?
Welcome to your wedding planning experience! To kick things off, simply submit our Pre-Consultation form under the Wedding tab on our website. We offer complimentary consultations, so be ready with your inspo-pics to fuel our creativity. Let’s schedule a focused 15+ minute phone chat or in-person on the farm chat, where we dive straight into your wedding vision! I can't wait to discuss your dream bridal bouquet, as it will shape the entire floral design. Expect a proposal from us within 48 hours of our conversation for your approval.

Sourced directly from the farm, our seasonal blooms promise beauty and freshness while being budget-friendly. Trust us to bring your floral dreams to life with confidence and style!
DO YOU OFFER DIY?
We can’t wait to bring your wedding floral dreams to life! To get started, please fill out the wedding pre-consultation questionnaire on our website. After we receive your form, we'll reach out to schedule a phone call to discuss all the amazing details including your bridal party, ceremony and reception flowers! Your inspiration pictures will make a huge difference in our conversation. You can count on us to source flowers from our flower farm, ensuring they’re beautifully prepared and ready for your special day!
CAN I GET THE EXACT FLOWERS IN MY FAVORITE LOOK?
Most of the time we can get the exact flowers you're searching for. Some favorite flowers are only available during their season, such as peonies and dahlias.
Peony season: Mid-May to the end of June.
Dahlia season: Mid-August to mid-October.

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGES?
We embrace changes to your flower proposal! The first 10 days after receiving your proposal are a great time to be sure we're on the same page. If you need to make any changes after the contract is signed, we're happy to add to the contract or re-distribute the flowers on order to other designs.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes. Our set-up and delivery fee is relative to distance and amount of set-up time required.
General Cost:
Tri-City and surrounding area: delivery & set-up $120.
Walla Walla, Yakima, Hermiston: delivery & set-up $150
Spokane area: delivery & set-up $350
Seattle area: starting at $500

If delivery is cost-prohibitive and you'd rather put those $$ towards actual blooms, we can prepare your order for pickup.
VASES
We're happy to use your vases. Just make sure to bring your clean, tape-free and sticker-free vases to us at least 2 weeks before your event. Ideally, it would be great to have them ready during the final consultation. Providing the measurements of your vessels will help us give you an accurate estimate for your centerpieces and arrangements, so the sooner, the better!

We also offer rental of our vases at very reasonable prices. Just plan to return them to Haven the following Monday.
